Known as the Home of American Craftsmanship, Silver Dollar City is proud to further that tradition with the Culinary & Craft School!
Go behind the scenes to learn the secrets of our legendary home-style cooking, as well as culinary techniques with festival flavor, from Debbie Dance Uhrig - Master Craftsman of Culinary Arts.
Classes are available for a nominal fee with your Silver Dollar City admission. Hands-on demonstrations and sampling are included in the class fee. Each class is approximately 60 minutes in length and is limited to 34 people.
The school makes its home in a charming 1880s style timber-frame farmhouse which showcases stunning artwork created by Silver Dollar City craftsmen, and features a state-of-the-art Kitchen Showroom.
